LCA-3 is composed by 1 hydraulic nailer of continuos cycle, in this line can be placed the legs already nailed in the nailer or we finish the pallets either of 2 or 4 ways, in one automatic elevation table with gun.
For big dimensions pallets or platforms first we nail the top part and in one special flip over we nail the low part of the pallet by gun where once it is finished comes back to the line.
After the nailer there is a flip over.

Stacker-Offset with cutting corners integrated, the stacker is special for big pallets dimensions.
Finally there is the exit storage transfer with remote control.
The regulation of the whole line is done by means of color tactile screen, integrated in the control panel and the geared motors with positioners placed in each module.
