Nailing Line for 2 and 4 ways pallets, perimetric and similars.
LCA-2 is composed by 1 hydraulic nailer of continuos cycle, in this one we put the blocks and boards, when it comes out from the nailer it goes into the flip over which places the turned pallet into the second nailer where the pallet is finished. Boards feeders can be optionally put in both senses of the nailers, of stringers, blocks feeder, block cutting machine, etc.
The pallet goes out from the second nailer and goes into the branding machine of 2 and 4 ways.

Stacker-Offset with cutting corners integrated, the stacker can be of differents types, with simple subjection, with dobles subjections, for big pallets dimensions, pneumatic and hydraulic.
Finally there is the exit storage transfer with remote control.
The regulation of the whole line is done by means of color tactile screen, integrated in the control panel and the geared motors with positioners placed in each module.
With a solid and innovative design LCA-2 is ready for a non-stop activity with a minimum maintenance.
